The Form 8971 Worksheet is pulling the full value of property listed the Schedule E, Jointly Owned property with survivorship, instead of just the 50% owned by the decedent. Is there a way to get the Form 8971 Worksheet to adjust the Estate Tax Value on jointly own property so I don't get an error?
