The engine team actively monitors this site (I am on the engine team) so not only can you get help, if its program and not tax specific, we can also fix bugs if we can confirm its systemic and not environmental. And or generally help in whatever way we can.

Having said that, we may ask for logs and a deeper description of what is happening when you are working in the program.

We did have a known issue concerning Download Next Year that we have fixed and will be releasing this week (possibly tomorrow). So wanted to post here as notification.
