Yes, I would definitely cancel a software subscription based on the experience with one client, before all the facts are known.  It's like an FBI search warrant, who needs the details when your mind is already made up?  If enough people have a fit of rage, maybe it will cause an exodus to alternative software.  Make HRB Great Again!
