I ordered and paid for ProSeries Basic which I was using and efiling with no problem.  When my hard drive went down and I had to get a new one I had to add ProSeries Basic once again to the hard drive.  Now when I try to efile again it's charging me a fee on a per return basis to efile my remaining returns.  What has to be down to correct this?
