code are pre-printed below. The License option is highlighted, so I click on License. Then the message responds: "ProSeries failed to license. You may have installed the wrong edition of ProSeries." This makes no sense as I did not make a choice of what get downloaded. I do not yet have EFIN credentials. Is the lack of EFIN credentials causing this problem?

Lack of having an EFIN may be a cause to the problem. To be sure, I think a call to customer support may be in order. Good luck.
