My letters are still there, but I wish a couple of my clients would just literally disappear.

When you open letters in ProSeries (sorry, I'm working out of two softwares which are both giving me major issues) it's blank, nothing there. When printing, the client letters, summary and privacy notice are blank pages that's how we realized the letters were missing completely.

I use both programs, so i mistakenly used the wrong one in my reply.  I am referring to ProSeries, the good news is we were able to do the Tools-Repair Update and they are back.
