In the last three weeks of tax season, in the third year of the pandemic, you find it unusual that the IRS e-filing server has not communicated the assessment and credits to the IRS master-file computer, which then passes it along to the server that posts return status on the public-facing "Where's My Refund" website?  

I find that expectation bizarre.
