529 College saving programallows deduction for Non Resident who has income from New York sources

but Intuti Tax software does not allow it and shows red flag. There is specific line in form IT-225

to give  such deduction for Non resident, but Pro series Professional version does not allow such deduction

Pl. change software to allow such deduction
