Is it an error at conversion and doesnt allow you to EFile? or a rejection by the state after its EFiled?

If its a rejection, you need to view the entire rejection report. Highlight the rejected return in the EFcenter, then hit F12, in the EFiling Reports window, scroll down to Rejected Returns and Print the report.
