I e-filed an extension 2 days ago and have not yet received an acknowledgment. Now what do I do? It says to wait another 24 hours. But other extensions are being accepted. When I try to print the Intuit Electronic Postmark Report, it says there is nothing to print. But the status report I get when I click on the Submission ID says it is transmitted.

Hi there,
Try this method for retrieving the acknowledgements for a specific filing:
- Go to the EF Clients tab in ProSeries Basic.
- Highlight the returns that remain outstanding.
- From the E-file menu, select Electronic Filing.
- Select Update Acknowledgement Status of Selected Returns/Extensions/Payments
- Choose to update Only the selected return.
- Click OK to retrieve the latest available status.
