We've had over a dozen returns get rejected from efile with the message (10) Submission is a duplicate of one that was previously received. I find this hard to believe that all of our client rejects have had identity theft. Any suggestions? Software glitch? we've tried updates and tech support and nothing.

Have IT check to see if your systems have been breached.

Did you file an extension for them? If so did you turn the extension off before regular efiling?

Did you find a solution? I am having a similar issue when I look at EF clients tab. I know some of them I submitted, but they say not e-filed. When I try to e-file again this error pops up.
