"With Americans still in shock over jaw-dropping, rising gas prices"

Just tell them to go live in the Ukraine for a week.  High gas prices sure beats living in a bomb shelter because you have bombs and missiles trying to kill you everyday.  Americans need to put life in perspective and quit whining so much.
