Yes you can efile IT40PNR. Make sure you mark the Federal Information Worksheet Part VI to include Indiana as one of the states you want to efile.

Were you able to e-file Indiana with a 1040-NR? I am only getting an option for CA or NY to e-file and the Indiana state return is not getting all the federal data it should (Schedule E info and depreciation). It would be annoying to have to paper file, but I could deal with it, but the lack of data is a significant problem.
