Where do you do this at?  "Save as" In explorer or in the program?........not seeing this option.

Happy day...from Homebase, right click on the line with the client info.

I right click the record in Homebase , I see no save as....using 2019 Tax Pro......any other suggestions?

Happy day...my apologies.  My memory was screwed up.  Go into the client file, choose File from the top nav and Save As is the 5th item down. 

These are my steps:

1.  Go to HB

2.  Right click client line

3.  Go to file at the top bar

4.  5ith item down is transfer

sorry, I don't mean to take up your time on this......worked fine yesterday, all other clients open with same pw......go figure.........any other ideas?
