Thank you all - I did the screen shot and sent it to the email for tech support. I want everyone who is stuck to know that I did the work around - I went to update new products - unchecked everything I don't want and let it update all the way through. I just tried to e-file one of the stuck returns and IT WENT ! ! !  Give it a try  before uninstalling / reinstalling the program. I hope Intuit can find the issue and fix for everyone.
