"I think we are owed a refund!"

If they gave a refund for everybody who has been pissed off this year, every user would have free software ----------------- not such a bad idea.  But I'm sure somewhere in the fine print they will point out that they don't say that they will actually have the software ready in a timely fashion, so I'm guessing nobody is going to get a refund.
