Apologies for the rudimentary question, just haven't had this before.  NY 1065 partnership return for a RE rental business.  The trick is that the partnership is a NY partnership, but the property is in Florida.  When you are processing the NY return there are a lot of questions regarding NY sourced income.  Is this NY sourced income?  I wouldn't think so, but don't want to treat it the wrong way.  Thank you
