My client has 1099 NEC for $2,750.00, Unemployment (1099G) for $7,279.00 and W2 $5,000.00.  She also received the 1098-T for $51,000.00 as she is a full time student. Can her parents still claim her as dependent because all her tuition fees and other expenses are paid by her parents thru parent loan. I would appreciate any help I could get.
