I have been using ProSeries DMS for the past two years now and have the same question. When you download a clients information from Intuit Link, why can't it go directly to DMS. It now goes to a download file on my computer, then I have to move, copy to another folder when extracted and then move or drag from there to the appropriate DMS folder.
Why is this such a major hassle?
Also, still cannot scan directly to DMS. I have two monitors and in the past that apparently has been a problem. Is that still the case and why are we unable to scan directly?
