When I convert and transmit an E-filed return, I am unable to print the acknowledgement. I am also unable to print Product Update logs as well. I am able to print the tax returns. Any thoughts or suggestions. I tested my 2020 version and have no issues.

Does it act like its sending to the printer but nothing ever happens? I just tested the procuts updates log and didnt have any issues printing it.

Exactly-but what is strange is that I am able to print my forms, invoice and standard client letter. Last couple of days, there have been several updates. I tested the print function for that and it didn’t print either.

I just started having this same issue! I think it's one of Intuits updates.. I am not sure.. but I need help!
