Does anyone know why the PA Local earned income tax return is still not available to print and will not be until Feb 17th? Keystone and Berkheimer mailed these forms out to everyone 6 weeks ago. They literally have not changed the form for years. I have 20+ returns sitting here on my desk that cannot be printed because of this one simple form. Why on earth has Intuit ProSeries not finalized it yet?
