If you pay any attention to this forum you know this has been mentioned several times and the release date has been updated from 3-31 to 2-17, which still will still leave you a week and a half to transmit your farmer returns which can all be sitting there waiting to be transmitted.

The form does work NOW and has for at least a week. You just cant efile yet.
