So, @TJH are you asking if maybe Intuit could set up an account at the IRS freefile website, then make a patch in their software to link to their newly created IRS freefile  account, whereby Intuit software customers could fill out the Form 4136 IRS freefile website and attach said form to the tax return being worked on?  Brilliant!!!  

Oh, crap, but what about the state returns?
