Does anyone is coming across this issue?

- HOH with a child with an income of roughly $ 11,000 is unable to claim the NYS EIC credit. 

The IRS form 1040 is claiming the EIC credit but the NYS form is not calculating the EIC credit. 

I went through the whole form but unable to find the resolution.
