Pro Series 2021 will not connect to internet to update software even though I have strong signal and am able to connect to internet for anything else.  Have replaced the modem with Xfinity and removed the extra layer of security.  It appears that Pro Series is looking for msiexec.exe but can't find it on my new computer. Have talked with Microsoft, Intuit and HP and nobody can seem to fix my issue. I'm at a lost cause it's tax season and I can't do taxes without the ability to update the software.  My old computer purchased in 2016 is working fine with Pro series 2021.  Wanted to use my new HP just purchased in November cause it's faster.  Both are in the same office.  Why does the old work but not the new? New computer wouldn't even connect to glance.intuit.com so that support could sign on to my computer to look.  Where do I go from here?  I need some serious help!
