IRS is rejecting it? Or the software is telling you the return has errors and it wont Convert or Transmit?

Be sure youve checked the PTIN Verify box in the Firm/Preparer Information section, if thats not checked, you wont be able to EF a return. It should have alerted you when you ran through the REVIEW button, but it doesnt show as an "error", just a diagnostic.
