Certain customers come up with this error when I try to open a file, and then it freezes my proseries, and I have to log off to get back in

The same clients each time? Do they have anything in common that you can think of?

I had to go into Tools > Auto Calculation and turn it off and back on and that helped. Not sure if yours is the same problem.

Thanks, where is Auto Calculations under Tools...I do not see it as an option.
