Wow, if that's the case, that is sad.  Question though, does Drake software cost a lot more than ProSeries? I mean, Intuit should have probably had this on their system if Drake did it, but if Drake costs a lot more, you get what you pay for.

But it really gets to me that Intuit didn't send out any kind of notice with regard to New York's PTET or any other state pass-through entity tax because they knew this would be an issue, and they didn't provide any training to their call center people about this issue.  It's like they just blew it off and expected us to find out for ourselves.
