Not true at all. Intuit really screwed this PTET up and are completely ignorant. Drake Software already has an input screen and produces an attachment to the NY K1 form showing the Taxable NY income and the PTET payment allocation to each Shareholder or Partner. The payment of the PTET is NOT the issue. It is the reporting of the PTET to the individual Shareholders or Partners/Members. We all should consider a Class Action Lawsuit against Intuit for their incompetence. They had at least 4 months to get the input and forms ready-Drake did it!!!
