But we all have different practices.  Some of us have the luxury of waiting a bit and having state software available on the same day as e-filing opens up doesn't mean much to us.  But for others, they are trying to hit the pavement running on opening day and the delays cause them a lot of heartburn.  They have to try to explain to their clients that although their competitors are up and running they need to wait because I am the best preparer in town but my software is a little slow out of the starting blocks.  So when they need a little support from us to make Intuit a little more aware of their difficulties, I have no problem trying to lend a hand.
