Not sure if this is your answer but there was a Windows 10 update that created a huge Xerox problem last fall.  It still is causing my system to crash and I DON'T HAVE a Xerox printer.  My computer guy said Win10 update downloaded a Xerox driver that is creating a problem.  His suggestion was to delete all Xerox references in your system and then reinstall the Xerox printer.  I cant since I don't have one.
