Theres a 1095A out there with their SSN on it, have them call heathcare.gov and see what they have.

Maybe they signed up for it at some point but never followed through, they wont cancel you for non-payment.

This rejection is SO much better than accepting then waiting 8 weeks to send a letter requesting it, then taking another 12 weeks to issue the refund!
