I posted the IRS links, which you can monitor to see that the 8915-A is final and updated in 2020. Right now, -B, -C and -D show draft updates from 2021 not Released, and -F shows draft update from 2022 not Released. There is not much Intuit can do to push the IRS to release the forms. As for not using Drafts, I would imagine Intuit has a reason.
