@George4Tacks I did call support, the problem is that Lacerte has recently changed the ports and IP addresses it uses to communicate to a much wider range of addresses.  Lacerte has failed to updated it's Configuration settings within Knowledge Base article : https://accountants-community.intuit.com/articles/1861054-firewall-and-anti-virus-software-configura...

Sad to lose a full work day to this but I am glad we have resolved it.  We had to check the firewall logs to see what new addresses were being used and add them to our safe list withing the firewall.
