I've moved a user from a local user account to a domain account on the same computer. When logging into Lacerte, no customers are listed. What do I need to do to get the customers listed again?

The more I know the more I don’t know.

Anyone have any information how to resolve this issue? It appears the Data Path is the same (C:\Lacerte\24Tax\FData) on both profiles.

Clients appear to be missing from the clients tab in Lacerte
