When I'm looking for the input screen/field I need for something I go into Forms view, look to the left side of the screen on the Forms list, making sure the "Show All" box is checked and locate the form I want to fill.  Then I go to the field I want to fill and right click with my mouse.  Then I just click on Jump to Input.
