I am getting an error when trying to e-file a fiduciary return with a Louisiana return.  It seems like it's the state return that may be causing the error.   I ran the CL Pack and that didn't help.  

Here is what the error says:

ATEExceptionMessage: Tag AuthenticationHeader\TrustedCustomer\TrustedCustomerCd not found.

   + Unable to render client request.  Problem doing efile request for efiling: efiled: fid.la, instanceTag:None

   + Problem processing ef order Type: Efile Auth Header

   + Error Rendering page id# 12732.  Electronci Filing taxfield error on container 127232.

   + Tag AuthenticationHeader\TrustedCustomer\TrustedCustomerCd not found.
