I have that diagnostic, and it prevents the LA e-file from being created. My return isn't going to be filed until 9/14, which may be longer than you want to wait.

Here's my plan:

1) Disable e-file error checking and e-file that sucker anyhow, because that diagnostic is ridiculous nonsense.

2) If it rejects, file on paper with the signature page I cleverly had my client sign along with the e-file form.

Louisiana pass-through entity returns are the absolute worst.
