Speakers: Alicia Brown, Patrick Carroll & Ted Quillen, Richard Beaver & Eric Weaver
Description
“I don’t know how to do that” can cost you precious time when it comes to using the Lacerte, ProConnect or ProSeries program. Sometimes, you need an answer now because it is hours before a deadline and your clients are counting on you (even if it is partially their fault for bringing you those documents last minute…like they do every year). With that frightful image in mind, our goal is to alleviate the stress of “not knowing” by giving you proactive information about the questions that are most frequently asked of our Customer Success support team and by providing you with a battle plan to quickly and easily find answers. This session will provide you with insights to tackle the questions most frequently asked by tax and accounting professionals. Topics ranging from data entry and program settings to system issues and technical troubleshooting will be explored to give you the knowledge to better address them if they occur. A strategy for finding answers to other questions will also be developed so that you can stand tall in even the direst of circumstances and say, “I don’t know how to do that…but I know how to find out”.
