Description

Sales is one of the most important but most overlooked functions in your accounting or tax firm. Without a clear sales process, many firm owners find themselves underpricing or discounting their services, struggling to close the type of clients they want to work with, and dealing with inconsistent cash flow.

During this live panel, you’ll hear directly from two firm owners who transformed their businesses by building and implementing a structured sales process. Instead of “winging it,” they created a system that increased confidence, improved sales conversations, and generated more revenue with less work.

Through a candid, behind-the-scenes conversation, you will learn exactly what changed in their firms and how they made the shifts that had the most significant impact. You’ll walk away with ideas you can apply immediately to your pricing, positioning, and mindset.

By attending this session, you will be able to:

  • Identify the key components of an effective sales process for your firm

  • Recognize common sales challenges that lead to underpricing and inconsistent revenue

  • Apply strategies to improve client conversations and increase confidence in pricing

  • Understand how a structured sales process can lead to consistent cash flow, higher revenue, and better client relationships
