You would have to go back and look at when you did system updates. I believe it was update 3.3 that screwed it up and then 3.4 fixed it. According to the release notes 3.3 was put out May 19 and 3.4 was May 27, but that doesn't mean those were the exact dates that you may have done the update.

I would still have liked communication or notice from Intuit on potential errors that may need to be corrected or reviewed by us users.
Instead I found out on my own what went wrong and I had to review my payrolls for the potential errors.
