So, ran 6 payrolls for 2026 on Monday, 6 different companies. Super sluggish, but I persevered. Yesterday, I loaded the update. When I tried to go back into any of the 6 companies, "Unable to access data files". After phone call with support of over an hour, she suggested I call Microsoft for a bitlocker access code???? Really?
I ran 2 more payrolls yesterday afternoon. No trouble getting into those companies...until this morning! "Unable to access data files" on every single company now! Help!

I Also am not able to access my company files after restoring Backups of the company Files.
Every year I backup my company files.
Rename the same files by Year. Example "ABC Company-2025"
And then restore my Backup files.
Now I am unable to work on the original restored backups!!!
HELP!!
