Work Arounds

dkurtzke

Interim workarounds are not sustainable and introduce operational inefficiencies, increased labor, and elevated risk of error. Continued reliance on workarounds negatively affects productivity, accuracy, and our ability to deliver timely service to clients. The need for ongoing workarounds indicates that the system is not functioning as designed and is placing an unreasonable operational burden on the firm.

I think this may finally be it, feeling like they won't be able to resolve these issues. I'm guessing at some point, they are just going to say that's it and direct everyone over to QBO. Not sure how this community feels about that product, but you couldn't pay me to use it.

This is absolutely not the time to be migrating software but doesn't feel like I have much choice. I'm waiting for price quotes now. What a trainwreck.

I won't use QB either. After tax season, I will start to look around, but not QB definitely.

Same here. Will never go to QBO. Must wait until after tax season to look for new accounting software. I see a lot of talk about SAGE.
