Doesn't reflect Simple IRA contributions in box 12a nor does it show the Retirement Box checked. It all shows on the filing copy A, but not the Employer copy D

We tend to just print extra copies of the filing copy instead of the employer copy. At least that way if the client ever gets word that Social Security doesn't have a copy, we can provide SS with a copy that they will like.
Yes, but that is a work around, not a fix.
I'll take a work around any day rather than lying in my deathbed waiting for Intuit to fix something.
