Was in Write Up/Enter Transactions and was in Special Journals making an adjustment to the wages (as I do EVERY month for tips) and an out of balance kept popping up. It WASN'T out of balance. I deleted each line and reinput and it doubled the amount of my out of balance. Would not let me out of the screen. Did an End Task to EasyAcct (hate to do that!). Restarted computer "just in case." Even did a Repair. Now I can't even get back into that client. I get a Run-time error '9': Subscript out of range. Since Support is closed today, has anyone else had an issue in Write Up (aside from the cumulative general ledger problem that has existed since day 1 of this release)?
UPDATE: Came in this morning and was able to access account with Run-time error 9. Checked GL and Payroll - everything looked fine. Input December journals and checks. Everything balanced and GL looks good (except I still can't check the cumulative general ledger because it still doesn't run correctly). Don't know how, don't know why, just happy it's back. Go figure.
