I've downloaded the new 2025/2026 EasyAcct but of the payroll entries I've just entered, only the first one is showing up in the payroll journal and earnings report. Is anyone else experiencing this? I've ran the data utility repair but this hasn't fixed the problem.
I have the week of payroll that I entered before the update. For this weeks on the first P/R check posted. Nothing else shows up on the payroll journal. It does so on transaction and G/L.
Sounds like the same problem I've got, hopefully they issue an update soon to correct it
I am having the same problems. When you enter a payroll check, all SS and Medicare taxes flip over to FWH and checks do not appear in GL. They are on payroll journal and earnings reports. Also, function keys (F10) does not work to complete the payroll check entry screen.
Hi @davehigusa Welcome to the community and thanks for posting your first question. We appreciate you sharing the details with us here about payroll entries not showing up in EasyACCT. We have checked on this and see that our development is aware and is working to resolve this.
Your email solution of doing batch payroll doesn't work...If we go ahead and post the payroll so we are not so far behind will it be lost when you get the software to work?
Has this issue been resolved yet?
