Manual PR entry error

Trying to enter in a manual payroll and I keep getting this error message.  Anyone else (on top of the other SO MANY issues we are having)???  Any help would be appreciated.

I am not getting an error message when entering the payrolls manually. But I am not able to enter payroll multiple checks continually in order. I have to enter them one at a time closing out of the entry screen after each check and reentering the payroll screen to record the next check!!
