Issues with new updates and Work around for now, if we found one

Here are some of the issues we continue to have even after todays update (01/12/26):

  1. Manual Payroll Processing:
    1. Next Button is not going to the next check after entering a check.
    2. Entering check # that was already entered and EasyAcct kicks you out and closes the program.
    3. Solution: Go into Manual Processing module, close it and reopen and try again. This has helped with a few clients.
  2. 941/940 are not allowing you to enter the NAME, TITLE OR DATED FILED like it always has before printing the form
  3. W2s are missing zeros or decimal places on several numbers
  4. Earnings Report: missing names on the Report and their totals for the year, but last page shows totals correctly for the % and tax withholding information
    1. Solution: Run the Report from the First Employee ID to the Last Employee ID (do not leave those boxes blank prior to printing)
  5. A/P module is duplication some invoices. For example if the invoice # for 2 different vendors is the same, it will double the entry for one even if you enter for two different vendors. There will be two of the same transactions for only one of the vendors.
    1. Solution: Rename Vendor Invoice to something different

We are trying to look at additional work arounds but we are having issues.
