HAS ANYONE SEEN A FIX TO THE A/R GL ISSUES?

I have been waiting for a return phone call from the Intuit development team since last Thursday, Jan. 22nd!  I sent them a backup to go over, haven't closed out 2025 and started on the 2026 version!  Yasmine, support tech, said she would call me on Friday morning, still waiting!!  Angela, a supervisor, hasn't checked in with me since last Wednesday!  This is beyond RIDICULOUS!  Please everyone bombard them by asking for credit refunds for their broken software!  They can't shut you off unless you ask for a full refund!  Ask for a partial refund, unless you plan to switch right away!
