Form 941 ACK Rejection

"Error 0000-005 Invalid or missing required information. Verify Legal Business"

for the first time , I got rejections when the Business Name contains the symbol &.

Hoping this Bug will be fixed in the coming update.

I Had that problem a few years ago. To get around it I just spelled out the & to (and)..

Already I did so but it didn't work for short name like A & B, I tried using A and B but it was rejected again.

This was not an issue before, so this one needs to be fixed in the coming update.

As you know we have to keep the Business name exactly the same as it is registered  with the IRS.
